Care Instructions & Maintenance:
• Before first use, boil water in the paella pan.
• Wash with water & detergent. Dry immediately.
• If using in the oven, do not exceed a temperature of 250°C for duration of 10 minutes.
• After use clean then lightly oil inside & out & store in a dry place.
