• Wash with water & detergent. Dry immediately.
• If using in the oven, do not exceed a temperature of 250°C for
duration of 10 minutes.
• After use clean then lightly oil inside & out & store in a dry place.

    Unsure if I bought an off product, but I followed the instructions on the label and then put into the cupboard. Needless to say the pan is now rusty!
