Acai Bowl

(serves 2)
  • 500g frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tsp acai powder
  • 200ml coconut water
  • 1 banana
  • Fresh berries, mango, banana & kiwi fruit, to garnish
  • Muesli, to garnish
  • Ice, optional
Place all ingredients in a blender & puree, add ice if desired. Pour into bowls and top with fresh berries, mango, banana, kiwi fruit or which ever fruit you prefer and add toasted natural muesli.
