- 12 mint leaves
- 60g fresh pineapple chunks
- 30ml fresh lime juice
- 30ml pineapple & lime cocktail mix
- 60ml beenleigh white rum
- 15ml VOK triple sec
- 80ml ginger ale or soda water
In a cocktail shaker muddle the pineapple & mint. Add the rum, lime juice, cocktail mix & triple sec then shake & strain into a glass & top with ginger ale & ice.
