- 12 large raw Australian prawns, peeled leaving the tails on, heads removed and set aside
- 4 garlic cloves , sliced
- 4 dried chillies
- Salt pepper to taste
- Lemon to serve
In a pan, heat a little olive oil and fry the garlic until golden. Remove and set aside. Add the chilli and fry for a few minutes, set aside. Keep the oil in the pan and add the prawns and squeeze in the juice from the prawn heads. Toss until cooked. Season with salt and pepper and add the chilli and garlic and lots of chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.
