- 18 whole green prawns
- 70g butter softened
- 1-2 tbsp white miso (to taste)
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Soy sauce to taste
- Toasted sesame seeds to garnish
- Chopped chives to garnish
Combine all ingredients together, except the prawns. Skewer the prawns and split the prawn down the back. Bake in the oven or on the BBQ for about 5 minutes until cooked and then toss with miso butter. Serve sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds and finely chopped chives.
